Road Safety World Series: India’s great batsman Sachin Tendulkar once again got to bat at the Wankhede ground. As soon as he stepped on the field with Virender Sehwag holding the bat in his hand, the entire stadium echoed with Sachin-Sachin. Sachin went to play matches at this stadium for the first time after retirement. That is, after 2 thousand 304 days, the audience here could see them on this ground. He retired on 13 November 2013. After returning to Wankhede Stadium after a long time, he along with Virender Sehwag created a furore on the ground. The Road Safety World Series was played on Saturday between India Legends and West Indies Legends. Where India won the match by seven wickets on the basis of Sachin’s captaincy innings and Sehwag’s Atishi innings.
Batting first, the Brian Lara-led Indies scored 150 runs in 20 overs. In response, India achieved the target 10 balls in advance.

Sehwag and Sachin Started Batting Fast as Soon as They Arrived
Indian Legends, chasing the target, created a furore as soon as they came on the field. Sehwag started the innings and gave two fours off the first two balls. After this, Sachin Tendulkar also opened his hand. He hit three consecutive fours off three balls in the 5th over. Sachin played an innings of 36 runs. He hit seven fours in his innings. There was a strong 83-run partnership between Sachin and Sehwag. After Sachin returned to the pavilion, Sehwag joined Mohammad Kaif and continued his batting unscathed. Kaif was out for 14 runs. After them Manpreet Gony became Golden Duck. Yuvraj Singh, along with Goni, supported Sehwag till the last and opener Sehwag hit the last ball with a four and gave the team victory 10 balls in advance. Sehwag remained unbeaten on 74 and Yuvraj 10 runs. Sehwag hit 11 fours in his aggressive innings. Karl Hooper of the West Indies got two and Suleman Benn got a breakthrough.
Chandrapaal’s Half Century Waste
Earlier, Shivnarine Chanderpaul scored the highest 61 runs from West Indies Legends. He hit 6 fours and two sixes in his innings. Apart from him, Darren Ganga scored 32 runs. Captain Brian Lara 17, Danza Hyatt 12 and Tino Best scored 11 runs. Apart from these, no other batsman could even touch double figures.
