Punjab vs Hyderabad Live: In IPL-2021 Phase-2, the second match of the day is being played between Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Saturday. The match started with SRH winning the toss and electing to bowl. PBKS batting first scored 125/7. Chasing a target of 126 runs, SRH could only manage a score of 120/7 and lost the match by 5 runs.
Hyderabad Faltered in the Very Beginning
Chasing the target, SRH got off to a very poor start. David Warner (2), playing his 150th IPL match in the very first over, was out for runs. Captain Kane Williamson (1) also could not show the courage to stand on the wicket. For Punjab, both these wickets came in the account of Mohammed Shami. Manish Pandey (13) also could not show anything amazing and his wicket came in Ravi Bishnoi’s account.

Bishnoi Took 2 Wickets in an Over
Ravi Bishnoi made a brilliant comeback in the playing XI and picked up two wickets in his one over. In the 13th over of Hyderabad’s innings, Bishnoi broke the back of SRH’s team by dismissing Kedar Jadhav (12) and Abdul Samad (1). Before these two wickets, he also showed Manish Pandey (13) the way to the pavilion.
Punjab Batsmen Disappointed
Going to play first after losing the toss, Punjab started poorly. In the 5th over, Jason Holder got two big breakthroughs for SRH by dismissing KL Rahul (21) and Mayank Agarwal (5). A big innings was expected from Chris Gayle, but he also disappointed and (14) was dismissed by Rashid Khan.
