IPL 2020 Schedule will Release Tomorrow on Sunday. This information was given by IPL Chairman Brijesh Patel. This time the tournament will be in the UAE because of Corona. A total of 60 matches will be played from 19 September to 10 November.

The IPL will take place in a bio-secure environment. All 8 teams will play 14–14 matches in 53 days. There will be a total of 60 matches in the IPL, including an eliminator, two qualifiers and the final.
Mumbai-Chennai Can be the First Match
It is believed that the first match can be played between the last time champions Mumbai Indians and runner-up Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on 19 September. However, apart from two CSK players Deepak Chahar and Rituraj Gaikwad, 11 staff members have been infected. At the same time, senior medical officers of BCCI present in UAE have also been found positive.
All Matches will be Held in Three Stadiums
On Wednesday, BCCI Trainer Arun Dhumal had said – The matches will be according to schedule. All these matches will be played in the UAE’s three cities Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. For the first time the league finals will take place on Week-Day (Tuesday) instead of Weekend. The evening matches will start half an hour before the old schedule i.e. 7.30 pm. The afternoon matches will be played from 3.30 pm.
Players Must Wear Bluetooth Badges
The board has given Bluetooth badges for contact tracing to players, officials to monitor Corona infection in the IPL. Family members who come to the UAE along with the players are also required to wear this badge. A health app has also been prepared, in which everyone has to give daily body temperature information. There will be a Total of 20 Thousand Corona Tests in the Tournament
This time the staff members, including players in the IPL, will have a corona test every 5th day. Around 20 thousand Tests will be conducted during the tournament. For this, the BCCI has approved a budget of 10 crores. If a positive comes, it will have to remain quarantined for 7 days. There will be three Tests during this period. It will be given entry in a bio-secure environment only after the report comes negative.
