Harbhajan Singh Announces Retirement

Harbhajan Singh, veteran off-spinner of the Indian cricket team, announced his retirement from all forms of cricket on Friday. Harbhajan gave this information on social media.

Bhajji posted a video on his Instagram page in which he said, ‘My journey from the narrow streets of Jalandhar to Turbanator of Team India in the last 25 years has been very beautiful. Whenever I have come on the field wearing India jersey, there is hardly anything else in my life than that. But there comes a point in life when you have to take decisions. And you have to move forward in life.

I wanted to make an announcement for the last few years. And that’s what I’ve been waiting for when I can share this with you. I am taking retirement from all forms of cricket today. Although consciously I had already taken this retirement. But could not declare. Anyway, for some time I was not able to play active cricket.
