RCB Vs KKR IPL 2022: The sixth match of the IPL was played between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai. Bengaluru won the low scoring match, but in the last over. The mistake made in the last moments weighed heavily on Kolkata. Batting first, KKR had set a target of 129 in front of RCB.

Umesh Yadav, who became the player of the match against CSK in the last match, maintained his momentum in this match as well. Umesh dismissed Anuj Rawat (0) and former RCB captain Virat Kohli (12) in the first two overs. Anuj and Kohli were caught by wicketkeeper Sheldon Jackson.

Umesh and Varun Shared a 27-run Partnership
Umesh Yadav and Varun Chakraborty made the biggest partnership for KKR in this match. Both added 27 runs for the last wicket. KKR lost their 9 wickets for 101 runs. Varun returned unbeaten on 16 balls with the help of 2 fours. For RCB, Wanindu Hasaranga took 4 while Akashdeep took 3 wickets. Harshal Patel took two and one wicket went to Mohammad Siraj’s account.
