BJP legislator, Akash Vijayvargiya, got bail on Saturday in connection with the bat of a corporations officer in Indore of Madhya Pradesh. After the application was rejected from Indore Court, he had filed a petition for bail in the Special Court of Bhopal. In this court, cases of legislators and MP are heard. According to Indore Prison Supervisor Aditi Chaturvedi, if the hard copy of the bail order was not available till the evening, then it will be released on Sunday. MLA Akash Vijayvargiya beat the Corporation officer.
The court had fixed the date for hearing on the order from Indore asking for documents related to the case On Friday. The second case against the Akash was related to the performance without taking power cuts. The police had arrested him in this case only on Friday. Judge Suresh Singh, after listening to arguments in both the cases, granted bail to Akash on a ransom of Rs 70 thousand.

The attorneys of BJP MLA said that the woman whose house was being broken had gone to write a report of misbehaving against the corporation officers at 2.30 am on the day of the incident. If the hearing was not taken then the legislators arrived there. Instead of listening to public opinion, the police filed a case against them and arrested them. Whereas, in case of such cases against public representatives should be investigated. Their side should also be heard.
Akash Closed in Indore jail on since June 26
Akash was arrested on June 26 by the police in the case of beat the officer. The court sent him to judicial custody till July 11 in Indore Jail. The next day, he applied for bail in the sessions court. From here the case was transferred to SC / ST Court. On Thursday, the SC / ST Court had rejected the application. After this, Akash’s lawyer filed a petition in Bhopal court. MLA Akash Vijayvargiya beat the Corporation officer.
