Maruti Suzuki Ertiga 2022: The country’s largest car company Maruti Suzuki India has announced to start booking its upcoming car today. The company has started booking the next generation car of its multi-purpose vehicle Ertiga. The new Ertiga will be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine with Smart Hybrid technology which will be launched next week. Those who want to buy this vehicle can book it for Rs.11 thousand.

Ertiga Look
In terms of design, the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga facelift will get a sculpted hood, chrome grille, wide blacked-out air vents, fog lamps on the bumper and a power antenna. It gets blacked-out dual arrow cut design, indicator-mounted ORVMs and 15-inch alloy wheels on the sides. At the rear, you will get a window wiper and wrap-around LED taillights which make the car very attractive. In terms of dimensions, it will have a wheelbase of 2,740mm and a length of 4,395mm.
Engine Gets 5 Speed Manual Gearbox
The 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine will be given in Maruti’s upcoming Ertiga car. This engine will generate power of 115bhp which is 10bhp more than the K15B unit. The engine will be mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox for transmission. At the same time, instead of a 4-speed torque converter, it will be given a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The company is also going to launch it in CNG variant. It is going to be offered in 5 color options in India.

Ertiga will Get a Bigger 7 Seater Cabin
The new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will get a larger 7-seater cabin, which is likely to get fabric upholstery, auto climate control, parking sensors, keyless entry and a flat-bottom power steering wheel.
It can also get an infotainment console that supports Bluetooth. For passenger safety, safety features like two airbags, ABS with EBD, crash sensor, engine immobilizer, electronic stability control and brake assist have been provided in this car.
The Starting Price Can be up to Rs 7.96 Lakh
The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga facelift price in India will be slightly higher than the current model of the car. The car is currently priced at Rs 7.96 Lakh for the base LXI (Petrol) model and Rs 10.69 Lakh (ex-showroom) for the range-topping ZXI AT trim.
