Mann Ki Baat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet the country on Sunday at 11 am in his radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’. This is the 65th edition of the program. Prime Minister Modi also sought suggestions from the public for this program on Monday.

It is being said that Modi will discuss about ‘Unlock-1’ starting from June 1 in ‘Mann Ki Baat’. So far, the country has witnessed four lockdowns due to the Corona epidemic. They are going to address the public through this program for the third time during the lockdown. The Prime Minister had earlier given ‘Mann ki Baat’ on 29 March and then 26 April.

Modi Said- I Apologize for the Trouble Caused by the Lockdown, Increase Social Distancing, Reduce Emotional Distancing

  • On April 26, the Prime Minister said in ‘Mann Ki Baat’, ‘I usually bring many topics in Mann Ki Baat’. Today the Corona crisis is discussed worldwide. It would not be appropriate to do other things in this situation. Some decisions have to be taken that have caused trouble to the poor. I apologize to everyone.
  • ‘I understand all your troubles, but there was no choice but in the fight against Corona. Nobody likes to do this, but I want to keep your family safe. So again I apologize.

‘Unlock-1’ Replaces Lockdown-5 Until 30 June

The lockdown round, which lasts 68 days in four phases to prevent Corona infection, ends on June 1. On Saturday, the Ministry of Home Affairs gave the formula of unlock-1 instead of lockdown-5. Its guidelines have also been released. Along with increasing the concessions, the government has advised to take several precautions including masks and social distancing. The lockdown ban will remain in the Containment Zone till June 30. The state will take a final decision on the concessions. States may also stop activities outside the container.
