Coronavirus has given a new 25X25 vision to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the country’s largest software services provider. This vision means that the company is going to adopt a new work culture in the coming years. Under this, only 25 percent of the employees will work in the office premises of the company at any given time. The rest of the workers will work from home. This work culture will be implemented by 2025. Also, no employee of the company will need to spend more than 25% of their time in office premises to work to their full potential.
