Tech company HCL technologies will now be handled by Roshni Nadar Malhotra, the 38-year-old daughter of Shiv Nadar. On Friday, HCL chairman Shiv Nadar resigned from his post. Roshni will now be the company’s chairperson. HCL released the June quarter results on Friday. At the same time, Shiv Nadar announced to leave the post of chairman.

On Friday, the company said – the board has decided to replace Shiva with his daughter and the company’s non-executive director Roshni Nadar Malhotra as chairman of the board and the company. Shiv Nadar had expressed his desire to step down. However, he will remain the company’s MD.
