Mahindra XUV700 Launched in India: Mahindra has introduced its most awaited XUV700. The price of its petrol variant has been fixed at Rs 11.99 lakh and the price of diesel variant at Rs 12.49 lakh. The XUV700 has been designed according to the next generation of the XUV500.
The company wants to strengthen the portfolio of its SUV segment with the help of this vehicle. The new logo of the company will also be seen on this vehicle of Mahindra. It has also become Mahindra’s first vehicle with the new logo.

Exterior of Mahindra XUV700
The car will get a stylish and raised grille. In whose center the new logo of the company has been fixed. Large C-shaped LED DRLs have been installed on either side of the grille. It has projector headlights installed inside. Newly designed fog lamps have been installed in the bumper at the bottom. Pop-out door handles have been installed in the vehicle. At the rear, there are large tail lights and twin five-spoke alloy wheels.

- A clean modern design will be found inside the car. Dual 10.25-inch screen layout will be available in the dashboard. It has an infotainment and another instrument cluster. The new Android X interface has been used in its infotainment system. It also has built-in Amazon Alexa virtual assistant. You will be able to operate it through voice command.
- Its infotainment system supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. It gets wireless charger, panoramic sunroof, auto booster headlights, dual-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery and dashboard inserts, an electronic parking brake and 12 speaker setup, which includes a subwoofer. It is designed by Sony.

Safety Features of Mahindra XUV700
- The vehicle has ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). It includes Forward Collision Warning (FCW), which warns you of a possible collision. If the driver does not respond, it uses the Autonomous Emergency Brake (AEB) to stop the car. Other features include Lane Departure Alert, Lane Keep Assist, Cruise Control, Smart Pilot Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition among others.
- Apart from this, the XUV700 also gets 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, customized voice alert for speed and seatbelts with lap and retractor pre-tensioners for the front seats.
Mahindra XUV700 Engine & Gearbox
It is offered in petrol and diesel engines. Petrol is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol Mahindra mStallion unit engine that produces 200hp of power and 380Nm of torque. At the same time, the vehicle has a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder mHawk turbocharged diesel engine. It produces 155hp of power and 360Nm of torque. At the same time, the engine of its high variant generates 185hp power and 420Nm torque. The diesel engine comes with four drive modes – Zip, Zap, Zoom and Custom. Both the engines will get 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox options.
