Jawa Motorcycles has launched the classic bikes in two new colours. These include Khaki and Midnight Gray colors. The company has launched these colors in honor of the army on the occasion of completing 50 years of victory in the 1971 war against Pakistan. The ex-showroom price of both these bikes has been fixed at Rs 1.93 lakh.
Both the colors symbolize valor and bravery of the Indian Army. The bike also carries a commemorative emblem along with the Army insignia and the ‘Laurel Wrath’ symbolizing the 1971 victory. It is attached to the top of the bike tank with a tricolor stripe in the center.

The Bike will Come With Matte Finish
Both Jawa Motorcycles in Khaki and Midnight Gray shades come with a matte finish. These mechanical parts have been introduced with an all-black theme. Brushed fins have been given in the engine. The rim of the motorcycle has also been given black color. Its seat has also been made comfortable for the comfort of the riders.
Changes Not Made to The Engine
The suspension and frame of the bike have also been given a new design. The bikes have been made available only in the Dual Channel Anti Lock Braking System (ABS) variant. No changes have been made to its engine. It is powered by a 293cc liquid-cooled and fuel-injected engine that generates 27.33 PS of power and 27.02 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission gearbox.
what is special about them
Both the Khaki and Midnight Gray colors are offered with a matte finish and have an all-black theme that is carried across the mechanical parts of the motorcycle. The engine now gets brushed fins and the motorcycle now gets blacked out spoke rims which matches with the overall black theme.

Apart from this, the seats on the bikes are longer and the rider gets more comfort with the redesigned seat pan and cushioning. These new bikes get retuned suspension and frame set-up which gives better ground clearance and handling than other bikes from Jawa Motorcycles. The new colors will be made available only in the dual ABS version of the motorcycles.
